Three years ago a man named Franklin Barns was sentenced to life in prison without parole and sentenced to death for the killings of his neighbors and for setting their house on fire. Franklin has always been maintaining his insentient saying he was never there and that he was out with his two best friends Jimmy and Calvin. But in the aftermath of the murder and fire DNA test showed that Franklin was there and when the police saw this they admittedly arrested him. It took a Jury a week to decide Barns fate, making this the quickest prosecution in Court history. "We the Jury find the defended Franklin Michael Barns guilty in murder of the Roberts family and for arson."When Judge Aaron gave the sentence he told Franklin that this human will never walk the earth again and will never entire society again. Everyday in Jail Franklin sat in Jail not only thinking about who would wanna set him up but in the advance that he can't get exonerated he was planning an escape. Every day Franklin would wake up in a prison cell, line up for count get breakfast lunch and dinner, go outside in the yard and then go to sleep and do the same thing over and over again for nearly three years. When the day came were Franklin was going to be put to death a witness came forward and said she saw who really commuted the crime, that witness was Mr.s Smith who was walking her dog when it happened. She said she saw two boys break into Mr and Miss Walker house and she heard about four to five gun shots and then they came out of the house and burned it down. So the police re-opened the case and they went to the club were Barns and his friends said they were and asked the manager if they had security cameras and they did. The police looked at the camera and it clearly showed that Franklin was with his friends at the time of the murder. So they went back to the house to investigate and learned that the people who committed this crime was Peter and Nancy Walker's sons Roman and Carson. The police learned that the boys did this because not only did they hate there parents but if there parents died they would get a total of 1 billion dollars from each of their parents will. The cops found both boys passed out on a friends couch and in a blink of an eye both Roman and Carson were under arrest. As for Franklin he was released from jail and with the money he got he played to start over and live his life.

Opinion/Editorial Writing Assignment Steriods
Andrew Krawsek
10/24/18
COMM 251
Steroids also known as Performance Enhancing Drugs are a type of subsistence that will make athletes have a very strong improvements in their game and their activity performance. Steroids are most commonly found in Major League Baseball and when a baseball player takes any kind of steroid they get a 80 game unpaid suspension, If a player gets caught a second time it's a 162 suspension, and if they get caught a third time its a permit band from Major League Baseball. The new steroid rules for major league baseball are good and more tough because taking any kind of steroids means as a player you think your above everyone else and you think you can get away with it but you can't. Also with these new rules maybe just maybe a player will think twice about taking steroids and will play clean. According to the article Major League Baseball got it right again, they also listen to the players when it comes to this matter they will take drastic measures into making baseball clean and will continue to enforce stricter and harder penalties. One current player said, "Major League Baseball does a great job of listing to us as players and they do a great job with enforcing the rules".
Any kind of Steroids should be permanently band from baseball because it is classified as cheating and cheating is wrong and you don't accomplish anything from cheating. Also besides cheating when you have taken or have been linked to steroids it will ruin your reputation and you will never be looked at the same again, meaning that if you are someone like Alex Rodriguez who everyone looked up to and was a hero and role model to many people and when he lied and told the truth and kept flip-flopping the lies and truth and when he finally confessed everyone thought he was a villain and most of if not everyone throughout baseball never looked at him again. When an athlete talks about there accomplishments and if they are linked to steroids and have used steroids they don't deserve to talk about everything they have accomplished because they cheated. According to the article Why steroids are bad and how it can affect an athlete, a ball player's life will always be under a microscope when they take steroids because if they are on a hot streak people will wounder is he juicing again he probably is how did he get away with it again? Talk radio host all around the world have always said, "Its hard to trust players when they have lied so much and then when they ultimately tell the truth it stings more because we defend those players and it feels like they just stabbed you in the back". In Ryan Braun's case he was accused of steroids but was clean and everyone was in his corner, but when the allegations came back he confessed and everyone hatted him and disliked him as a person.
Taking Steroids or having been linked to steroids will effect your case for the Hall of Fame. You have voters who believe people like Barry Bonds and Rodger Clements who have been on the ballot for years should be in the Hall of Fame because of what they accomplished even if it was while they were taking steroids, and then you have other voters who believe that both should not get in because they cheated and even though there was no drug testing back when both Bonds and Clements were playing they accomplished a lot and did so much for their teams and during the playoffs they should be allowed into the Hall of Fame. If Bonds and Clements should get in then guys like Alex Rodriguez and Ryan Braun of the Milwaukee Brewers who lied to everyone and fooled every reporter should get in because yes both have cheated there way to the top but both have put together a Hall of Fame career. If there ever comes a day where Steroid users are elected into the Hall of Fame everyone is going to have a debate if it was the right or wrong decision. You will have people that say the Hall of Fame is a museum and people go to see greatness regardless of what the player did and then you will have people say that it is unfair to the clean players and the players who played the right way and deserve to get in have to wait longer because the player in front of them didn't play clean but holds records or have broken records. According to the article Pros and Cons of steroid players getting into the Hall of Fame, its more cons then pros when it comes to letting someone who has been linked to steroids into the Hall of Fame because cheaters should not be allowed no matter what records they have broken or how many times they have helped there team win. Robert Murray who covers baseball said, "I will never vote for a player who took steroids because every year there is a clean player and a more worthy player on the ballot and I will always vote for those players".
Ball players who take steroids not only wanna get stronger and more athletic but they also wanna improve there game and performance. According to the article Baseball and Steriods, other reasons ball players take steroids is if they get hit by a pitch it won't hurt as much and won't leave as such a mark. Also to prevent any kind of major injury and to stay as healthy as possible. One retired ball player made the augment that, "There are so many other ways to stay healthy and many ways to prevent getting hit players should be wearing more protective gear and they should be working hard to get stronger and practice to improve there performance".
Steriods have always been a problem in sports mostly in Major League Baseball and when a non-top prospect comes up and is hitting like there is no tomorrow he is going to get looked at as a cheater and that's not fair because he probably worked his tail off and is getting looked at in some people eyes as a cheater. As for as the Hall of Fame players who take or have taken steroids should not be allowed in because its cheating and cheating is wrong and its unfair to the clean players and the players who have worked hard since day one.

A)Option 5: If I could travel back in time I would go back and see the dinosaurs. Some things that I would see there are different dinosaurs I have seen in movies and have studied about like T-Rex's, pterodactyls and my favorite the stegosaurus. I would also see two safari explores named Bob and John from the future who like me are looking for dinosaurs to study and see how the dinosaurs would react to seeing humans they have never seen before. I would say to the two safari explores lets team up and do this experiment together. So when they agreed we gathered food and when we put it towards the T-Rex, it eat it but when Bob got close enough to one of the T-Rex it had a allergic reaction to the food it was being fed and it eat Bob and all that was left was me and John. So John and I claimed the T-Rex down by giving it love and proper food and we saw that it had a splinter in its back, so John pulled it out and the T-Rex went to sleep. When John and I started talking it got weird because Bob was his best friend and he felt lost, so I conferred John by saying lets finished this experiment for Bob and I also said we are around dinosaurs it doesn't get better then this. So as we were walking we saw to pterodactyl lying down so we hopped on top of them and they started flying and we were above dinosaur island. As we were flying we encountered an angry Tyrannosaurus. I flew down for a closer look to see why it was so angry but I got two close and it hit my pterodactyl with its long tail and ultimately killing my pterodactyl and I watched the angry Tyrannosaurus eat my pterodactyl with it's sharp teeth. I then saw a Triceratops charging at me and John but it was not aiming for us it gored the Tyrannosaurus in the stomach and both dinosaurs started to wrestle, so me and John watched and took notes and we made the conclusion that no matter how big a dinosaurs is they all fall down and that is what happened to the Tyrannosaurus. Then a stegosaurus came over to us and had more loving reaction to me than John because I had the better food. I brought a Frisbee and played catch with my stegosaurus who I named Samuel and Samuel and I became friends and John best friended his pterodactyl who he named Bob after his friend, Samuel and I played catch and gave a full tour of dinosaur island and I found a new pterodactyl who gave a ride and I felt dizzy afterwards because the pterodactyl circled its prey and noised dive into the prey eat it once it was stunned. I didn't want to leave but it was time to leave as my time watch was running low so John and I went our separate ways and I couldn't wait to tell everyone back home what I had witnessed.
B)Option 4: I was so exited that I not only won $300 dollars but when I heard it came with a Prius I couldn't wait hop in and drive my new car so I called my friends Nick, Armando and Justin and said lets go to LA. The reason we all agreed on going to LA is because we wanted to see the Hollywood sign, the walk of fame, drive on the freeway and see a Lakers game. As we were driving we encounter a Buck and when I tried to beep at it it didn't move , so Armando tried speaking deer and surprisingly it worked, but the buck started to follow us until we got on the highway and it got hit by a truck and both antlers came flying into my car and everyone including myself screamed and almost caused an accident. We stopped for gas and picked up some hitch hikers and once the tank was full we all drove off. All four of us started to interact with the hitch hikers but all that would come out of there mouth was one word, as we were all driving one of the hitch hikers started playing bag pips, so when we dropped them off we were happy because it was just very awkward and annoying and Nick said good riddance. As we were driving we experienced a flat tire and I didn't have a spare so Justin had to go to the nearest town and get another one, when he came back we continued are journey. When we finally reached LA we were very excited and we did all that we wanted to do.
C)Option 2: One time me and my friends were on a field trip to the museum and we were all in the same group. We really wanted to see the plants exhibits but we were going to see it later. So we were bored listing to our tour guide and we decided to walk away from our group and our chaperone when they were not looking. So we walked to the plant exhibit buy and walked around and look around and we were all fascinated with everything. But as we were looking around a security guard was looking for us and we were trying to figure out away out, so we snuck out the back but ended up in the animal exhibit. Me and my friends were very nervous because we knew we were going to get in trouble and my one friend was so nervous he bumped into one on of the animals and screamed so we ran-away. It took us 30 mins to find our way back but our chaperone was still talking to our group about what we were going to do next and when asked were we were we said that we had to go to the bathroom and the line was very long.
D)Option 6: If I was a dog I would be a beagle, my interaction with humans would be good because I know my owner would love me. In my eyes I would see humans getting up and getting ready to take me for a walk and after we go for a walk he feeds me and then when I am done he will pet me and say see you later as he goes off to work. When he comes home he lets me out and we go for another walk and we play fetch. When my human master is not with me he spends his time wisely by working 9 to 5, planting a garden, cooking food and playing sports and most of all makes time for me Aaron the beagle.

"At first I thought this would be like my public speaking class were I would have to get in front of the room and talk to people, but once I saw how it was explained and when we get started I know that I will do really good and hopefully I can get people to agree with me". said Melisa member of the debate club
The debate club meets every Tuesday and each Tuesday two people will debate, then there will be a group debate and depending on what they did last Tuesday they will rotate.

Sir Leo had eight legs, and big bug eyes with wings. As I approached Sir Leo and started to ask him some questions.
My first question to sir Leo was how did you get her?, and Sir Leo said I flew towards the light that was hanging from your friends dream catcher.
I then asked how did you get your name? Sir Leo said I was named after my father and once I got named after my father I was knighted and then if I have a son then my son will be knighted.
Sir Leo started doing different tricks such as flipping over, playing fetch and even jumped from one light source to the next.
